About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Compliance Program Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a business analyst role, with a strong background in data analysis and documentation. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze data from multiple sources, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve compliance.

You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance data in applicable trackers/databases, scheduling periodic check-ins with stakeholders, and assisting with dashboard generation and maintenance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a business analyst role
  • Solid documenter with attention to detail
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office products, including O365 platform, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Nice-to-have: Business Analyst Certification (e.g., CAP, CBAP, CBDA, CFLBA, PBA) or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a Compliance role is a plus
  • Experience with MS Visio or similar tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of Quickbase, Power BI, or Snowflake is a bonus
