Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operational Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our audit team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with government regulations, internal policies, and procedures. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and developing monitoring procedures, recommending best practices, and process improvements.

What You Will Do
  • Conduct thorough audits to ensure compliance with government regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
  • Lead focused audits or other projects as identified, providing regular updates and audit reports/findings to management.
  • Identify and develop monitoring procedures as needed, ensuring the integrity of our operations.
  • Participate in internal and client meetings as necessary, effectively communicating findings and recommendations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in auditing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and convey information effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
