Job Description

The NERC CIP Regulatory Compliance Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of facility operations with NERC, Regional Reliability Entities, and EIA regulations. This role involves preparing and overseeing routine and non-routine reports, monitoring compliance programs, and conducting reviews to enhance regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and oversee the timely submission of routine and non-routine reports to NERC, WECC, and other applicable registered entities.
  • Monitor compliance programs and ensure all registered entity functions are in compliance with those programs.
  • Conduct compliance reviews and offer recommendations for changes to enhance regulatory compliance.
  • Communicate with representatives of NERC, WECC, and applicable registered entities on behalf of the facilities.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of NERC, Regional Reliability Entities, and EIA regulations is essential.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
