Senior Maintenance Planning Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Planning Specialist to join our team at INEOS. This is a key role that requires strong planning and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure efficient and safe execution of asset maintenance in support of plant operations.
- Develop and maintain schedules for maintenance work, ensuring compliance with established codes, procedures, and regulations.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering personnel to identify and prioritize maintenance tasks.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce maintenance costs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of direct planning and scheduling experience in a petrochemical environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in industry-wide and plant-specific safety, equipment repair, work process planning, piping and instrumentation layout, and personnel management techniques and procedures.
- Knowledge and skill in the SAP Plant Maintenance Module.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
