Position Description
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:

Compensation Package
  • Salary plus commission/bonus: $55,000 per year, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance.
  • Training and development opportunities to learn how to market property/casualty, life, health, and bank products.
