Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a retail banking strategy to meet the group's financial and sales goals.
  • Oversee consumer banking sales and service for up to 175 branches.
  • Directly involved in selling efforts to significant clients.
  • Operate as a resource for District Managers in terms of complex customer or employee issues.
  • Ensure all bank policies/procedures and regulatory requirements are adhered to.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of Retail Banking experience in a District Manager or similar role.
  • Previous experience managing a large geographical territory.
  • Strong Leadership skills to drive and lead regional branch sales, service, operations and financial performance within the branch and digital channels.
  • Advanced proficiency technology such as mobile services and online banking services.
