Medical Director and Attending Physician for Oak Grove Center

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Attending Physician/Medical Director to join our team at the Oak Grove Center in Waterville, ME. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting the success of our center.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Provide clinical services to patients in accordance with AlignMed Partners policies and procedures
- Oversee the implementation and utilization of AlignMed Partners Clinical Programs
- Promote the delivery of clinical services that meet the highest levels of quality, efficiency, and outcomes
- Collaborate with regional management and other stakeholders to achieve center success
Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must possess:
- A Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Experience in Long-Term Care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
