Job Summary
We are seeking a board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with experience in Long-Term Care to fill a dual role as an Attending Physician and Medical Director at our Oak Grove Center in Waterville, ME. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule (2-3 days per week) and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical services to patients, overseeing the implementation and utilization of AlignMed Partners Clinical Programs, and promoting the delivery of clinical services that meet the highest levels of quality, efficiency, and outcomes. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with regional management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must possess:
- A Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Experience in Long-Term Care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
