Are you a hardworking and dedicated OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST looking for a new career opportunity? We are seeking a skilled and compassionate occupational therapist to join our team at Waterville Center for Health and Rehab.
About the Job DescriptionThis occupational therapist position involves providing high-quality therapy services to our residents, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering individualized treatment plans that promote independence and improve quality of life.
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Conducting regular screening of residents to determine the best intervention or treatment plan
- Evaluating residents to inform and develop treatment plans; establishing short- and long-term goals and methods to achieve goals
- Interpreting and communicating evaluation findings, treatment plans, and recommendations to residents, families/caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
