Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Lead or support client management activities with clients and prospective clients to develop and execute a relationship management plan.
  • Be accountable for ongoing exceptional client experience and have a book of business consisting of the largest and/or most complex client relationships.
  • Coordinate with the team to determine action plans through thorough discovery of client needs to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Consistently review needs assessments with clients to determine changes and have a working knowledge of all business segment capabilities and offerings.
  • Ensure a strong client commitment and advocacy by delivering proactive and responsive service to meet client goals and hold the team accountable for deliverables.
  • Manage risk through appropriate client selection and ensure that service delivery is consistent with the fees being charged.
  • Work with risk partners to escalate client concerns to bring about quick resolution and have well-developed knowledge of partner offerings to make business-appropriate introductions.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and complete sales/client relationship management administration tasks as determined by the business.

Requirements

  • University/college degree and industry-relevant experience of 8+ years.
  • Strong knowledge of business segment capabilities and offerings, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
