Excavation Specialist

Devere Construction Inc. is seeking a skilled Excavation Specialist to join their team. As an Excavation Specialist, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to move materials and execute construction plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpreting construction plans and executing them effectively
- Constructing structural fills and setting up storm sewers
- Operating various heavy equipment, including skidsteer and excavator
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Operator/Forman (Preferred)
- Prior experience in manufacturing, truck driving, or similar fields
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage physical tasks
