This role involves the construction, repair, and maintenance of concrete structures for commercial applications, requiring a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and ensuring proper grading.
- Establish forms and verify their alignment and stability.
- Execute concrete pouring and finishing utilizing the appropriate tools and methods.
- Oversee the curing process of concrete and implement necessary measures for optimal outcomes.
- Conduct repairs and patching of concrete as required.
- Safely operate and maintain concrete machinery and tools.
- Comply with all safety standards and company protocols.
- Work collaboratively with the construction team to achieve project deadlines and specifications.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Assist and mentor less experienced workers when necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in concrete construction.
- Strong understanding of concrete construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Expertise in form setting, pouring, and finishing concrete.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent physical stamina and capability to work in diverse weather conditions.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in concrete construction or a related field.
- Experience with heavy machinery operation, such as concrete pumps or excavators.
Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
