Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Transaction Specialist to join our dynamic finance team at Creative Financial Staffing. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day processing of invoices and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process invoices with precision and accuracy
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts to ensure timely payments
  • Reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies or errors
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address payment-related inquiries and resolve issues
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or a related field is a plus
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
