HVAC Services Estimator

This role is essential in fostering the expansion of our HVAC Services at Critical Environments Professionals, Inc. The key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and pursuing bidding opportunities for professional HVAC testing and balancing services
  • Analyzing comprehensive HVAC designs and specifications to formulate bids
  • Developing bid lists, monitoring addendums & Requests for Information (RFI)
  • Delivering proposals to clients promptly
  • Coordinating project documentation and equipment submissions
  • Structuring project details for field technicians

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC estimating, drafting, or project oversight
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and familiar with Bluebeam software
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication abilities
  • Capability to interpret HVAC designs and specifications
  • Willingness to learn and adhere to instructions
