- Maintain a caseload of families, providing weekly home visits to deliver the HIPPY curriculum">
- Develop strong relationships with parents, encouraging their involvement in the program">
- Implement the HIPPY curriculum, promoting a love of learning in children">
- Document services provided, ensuring accurate records for evaluation and improvement">
- Provide resources and referrals to families, addressing their unique needs and challenges">
- Demonstrate cultural competency, commitment to diversity, racial equity, and inclusion in all interactions">
