  • Software Tools Administration: Assist with the administration of various software tools, ensuring they are properly configured and maintained.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot application errors, coordinate vendor support, and ensure the environment is updated, efficient, secure, and available.
  • Problem-Solving: Prioritize, research, and resolve technical problems, utilizing your expertise and experience to find effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Citrix Expertise: Proficiency in Citrix Studio, Citrix Director, MCS, PVS, App Layering, FAS, Cloud Connectors, and FSLogix.
  • Project Management: Basic project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and document software upgrades.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to install, maintain, and upgrade third-party software, with a strong understanding of hardware requirements and technical documentation.
  • Problem-Solving: Experience with root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
