Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Executing procedures for handling heated components during the straightening process.
  • Operating machinery to straighten steel profiles and documenting production activities.
  • Assessing and determining the necessary adjustments for parts that do not meet straightness standards.
  • Loading and unloading materials from furnaces to facilitate the straightening operations.
  • Utilizing standard measurements to evaluate straightness tolerances based on component length.
  • Measuring and recording the straightness of components.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of completed tasks.
  • Operating overhead and jib cranes, as well as forklifts and side loaders.
  • Collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exhibiting strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, while upholding professionalism.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Adhering to all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations relevant to the workplace.

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Eligibility under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) as a U.S. person.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in metal manufacturing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.
  • A commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
