Job Summary:

The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter provides exceptional customer service to our guests while promoting the benefits of becoming a CLUB Member. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for delivering a world-class experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive and personalized service to customers, presenting them with opportunities to become a CLUB Member or enhancing their existing membership experience.
  • Execute all CLUB operational and compliance programs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Stay knowledgeable about advertised sales and promotions, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Meet or exceed metric goals and objectives, contributing to the success of the store.
  • Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and ensure the CLUB Booth is clean and organized.
  • Process payments, answer account questions, and process applications in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide daily feedback and reports, as well as peer coaching, recognition, and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.
  • Assist with various store tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer service environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with customer service software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new processes and procedures.
