Job Summary

The Executive Intern - Assets Protection role is a 12-week program designed to provide hands-on experience and training in the Assets Protection business area. As an Executive Intern, you'll work closely with our experienced leaders to develop skills and knowledge in areas such as:

  • Managing a safe and secure culture, including crisis response and crowd management planning
  • Creating strategic AP strategies and goals and delivering results through your team
  • Identifying and resolving external theft and fraud, and apprehending individuals attempting to cause a loss
  • Managing internal investigations and recruiting, selecting, and talent management of hourly team members and leaders
Responsibilities

As an Executive Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and tasks, including:

  • Providing new ideas and recommendations to business or team opportunities
  • Participating in internship program training activities and developmental opportunities
  • Leading and holding others accountable to a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
  • Identifying and resolving safety hazards and unsafe behaviors
  • Working a schedule that aligns to guest and business needs, including early morning/overnight shifts, evening, and weekends
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and managing conflict, leading and holding others accountable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, relating well with and interacting with all levels of the organization
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude, with a focus on delivering a safe and secure environment for our guests and team members
