SUMMARY
The Custodial Support Specialist is responsible for the routine upkeep of educational facilities, which includes cleaning floors, walls, doors, restrooms, walkways, entrances, and furniture. This role involves monitoring the premises for any damages, engaging in preventive maintenance activities, and suggesting necessary repairs to the supervisor. A solid understanding of cleaning techniques and the proper handling of cleaning equipment is essential. The specialist will uphold the District's core values while maintaining a professional demeanor, fostering a positive culture, and delivering excellent customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consistent attendance is crucial.
- Adhere to the established cleaning schedule.
- Carry out general cleaning responsibilities.
- Conduct window cleaning as needed.
- Restock restroom supplies regularly.
- Ensure the security of the building.
- Maintain the outdoor grounds.
- Report any safety and maintenance issues promptly.
- Uphold confidentiality at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements
- Must possess legal authorization to work in the U.S.
