POSITION: Senior Skincare Specialist

JOB SUMMARY: We are on the lookout for a talented and dedicated Senior Skincare Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will deliver tailored skincare and clinical services while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction for our clientele. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in aesthetics, a dedication to providing outstanding patient care, and a passion for staying informed about the latest advancements and techniques in the field of medical aesthetics. When not engaged in treatments, Skincare Specialists collaborate with their clinic teams to maintain the clinic environment and interact with clients.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Must hold a valid Utah Master Esthetician License
  • 1-3 years of experience in aesthetics is required
  • Laser Certification is essential
  • Experience with lasers is preferred, but not mandatory
  • High School Diploma is required
  • Experience with Point of Sale systems is advantageous
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Comprehensive understanding of skin anatomy, physiology, and dermatological conditions, along with knowledge of skincare products and ingredients.
  • Excellent technical abilities and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring safe and effective treatment delivery.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport and trust with clients.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining ethical standards and patient confidentiality.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to accommodate client schedules, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.
  • A genuine passion for empowering clients and colleagues, with a strong interest in the medical aesthetics field.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct thorough skin evaluations and consultations to identify clients' skincare concerns, objectives, and medical histories.
  • Administer a variety of skincare treatments and procedures, including but not limited to facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, laser treatments, and non-invasive body contouring.
  • Develop customized treatment plans and recommend skincare products tailored to clients' specific needs, skin types, and desired results.
  • Educate clients on effective skincare routines, post-treatment care, and lifestyle factors influencing skin health and appearance.
  • Maintain precise and comprehensive treatment records, documenting client information, treatment plans, product usage, and outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, infection control protocols, and safety measures in all service aspects.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and medical assistants, to coordinate care and enhance treatment results.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong, trusting relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and retention.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinic team to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Oversee Point of Sale transactions with clients and manage scheduling within the system.
  • Provide Laser Hair Removal services.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned when not delivering services.
