Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the engineering processes for communications systems, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and customer requirements.
  • Oversee the entire life-cycle of systems engineering, from initial concept through to product retirement.
  • Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis and manage the traceability of requirements to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
  • Generate and maintain essential design documentation, including technical specifications and test plans.
  • Facilitate design reviews and present findings to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management activities.
  • Support system integration, verification, and qualification processes.
  • Engage in business development efforts, including responding to requests for proposals and conducting technical demonstrations.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with at least 4 years of related experience. Alternatively, candidates with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience may be considered without a degree. A current and active US DoD Security Clearance is required.

Preferred Skills:
  • Top Secret or TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Experience in product development, particularly in military applications.
  • Familiarity with networking systems and laboratory environments.
  • Proficiency in hardware and/or software development and integration.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to guide technical teams.
  • Knowledge of communication theory and digital design principles.
  • Experience with LTE, 4G, and 5G systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
