Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to provide clinical social work and supportive services to our clients and families. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a field related to social work and a minimum of one year of direct service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide intake, assessment, and clinical support services to clients and families
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct crisis intervention and referral services
- Write reports and maintain accurate case files
- Recruit and support foster families
- Develop and implement discharge plans
Requirements
- Master's degree in a field related to social work (sociology, psychology, special education, and counseling)
- Minimum of one year of direct service experience
- Ability to apply sound clinical casework and counseling skills
- Understanding of treatment modalities and their implications for services to families and youth
