The Business Integration Specialist plays a crucial role in assessing clients' operational frameworks and advising them on how to optimize their software investments.

Through the analysis of case studies, this role will leverage the collective insights of each client to pinpoint internal opportunities and propose enhancements to the product(s).


Key Responsibilities:
Sales Consultant (Approximately 20%)

  • Enhance the sales and marketing strategies for CourseLeaf products.
  • Collaborate with existing clients to gain insights into their utilization of CourseLeaf products.
  • Conduct interviews with clients to develop narratives on use cases.
  • Educate the sales team on the specifics of product usage in the market.
  • Assist in refining presentation materials and marketing language.
Business Analyst

  • Partner with clients to establish configurations that achieve strategic objectives.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of client operations regarding catalog, course, section, and curriculum data. Align their needs with internal goals and requirements.
  • Investigate and diagnose data discrepancies in SIS data.
  • Advise clients on data cleanup and standardization using Leepfrog software as necessary.
  • Identify and resolve issues with client applications and data, determining if collaboration with other Leepfrog staff is required.
  • Provide the Development Team with requirements based on client data.
  • Develop and utilize SQL scripts, indexes, and queries for data analysis and extraction.
  • Maintain an extensive working knowledge of Leepfrog software and its configurability, customization, and implementation to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with Client Services Manager(s) to establish the overall implementation strategy.
  • Manage client expectations and requirements while delivering exceptional customer service alongside Client Services Manager(s).
  • Communicate the company's products and services effectively to clients.
  • Assess whether application enhancements based on client feedback are warranted and reinforce the usability of existing system features. Clearly articulate how these features will improve the future operation of Leepfrog's products and technologies.
  • Assist clients in reviewing, identifying, and developing best practices for Leepfrog's products.
  • Conduct Quality Analysis on releases of integration packages.
  • Troubleshoot challenges that arise during the implementation and launch of products.

Audit Management:
o Oversee webinar presentations to showcase CIM forms to clients.
o Maintain communication with web developers to consistently understand the back-end development processes.
o Create spreadsheets of form content for client feedback.

  • Engage with clients to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
