Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Production Equipment Operators to join our team at CPS, LLC. This role involves the safe and efficient operation of machinery within a food manufacturing environment. The primary focus is to ensure that high-quality products are produced in a timely manner.

Compensation: $16 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently operate production machinery in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety protocols to achieve daily production and waste targets.
  • Utilize the Digital Production System (Redzone) for tracking downtime, completing quality compliance documentation, and coordinating with support teams.
  • Manage changeovers for assigned machinery and production lines.
  • Accurately fill out all necessary quality, traceability, and production documentation.
  • Notify supervisors of any product quality issues or safety concerns.
  • Make minor adjustments to equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work area and assist with product changeovers.

Available Shifts:

  • 1st Shift
    • Tuesday - Friday from 4:30 AM to 3:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift
    • Monday - Thursday from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in machine operation or production.
  • Technical skills required include the ability to start and stop machinery, perform changeovers, and operate specific equipment.
