The Eli Coleman Institute for Sexual and Gender Health is a world-renowned institution dedicated to advancing the field of sexual and gender health through research, education, and clinical service. Our team is committed to providing exceptional care to our patients and advancing the field through innovative research and education.
Responsibilities- Provide individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy for a wide range of sexual issues with a primary focus in a specified area, depending on the fellowship.
- Conduct research projects under faculty supervision, with the goal of presenting results at scientific conferences and preparing articles for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
- Develop the capacity to write grant applications to support scholarly work.
- Engage in teaching through our educational programming.
Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology or Family/Couples Therapy.
Interest in and/or experience with sexual and/or gender-related therapy.
About the DepartmentThe Eli Coleman Institute for Sexual and Gender Health is one of the largest clinical, teaching, and research institutions in the world specializing in human sexuality. We have a strong research agenda in sexual aggression and compulsive sexual behavior, transgender health, relationship and sex therapy, and women's sexual health supported by millions of dollars in state and federal funding.
We have developed innovative and effective treatment approaches to sexual problems. The ISGH has led the way nationally and internationally in crucial, often controversial, sexual and gender issues and has worked with local, national, and international health agencies to advance public health policies promoting sexual and gender health.
