McKenna Labs, a leading contract manufacturer of personal care products, is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Manager to lead the strategic direction and management of the Customer Service team. This role requires a deep understanding of customer expectations and a proven track record of driving team performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Customer Service team to deliver world-class customer service and support.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and support.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer service leadership role in a manufacturing organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence others without a direct reporting line.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office suite and SharePoint.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
