Auto Parts Sales Professional

A highly skilled Auto Parts Sales Professional is sought after by Friendly Honda of Fayetteville to join their team.
We are looking for an experienced individual who can efficiently supply the service department with required parts, communicate effectively with customers and staff, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Estimated Salary Range$40,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities- Manage the parts sales process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of parts to the service department.
- Collaborate with the parts manager to locate and procure parts not currently in stock.
- Communicate with customers and staff regarding parts status and availability.
- Input parts orders and manage inventory accurately and efficiently.
- At least 2 years of experience in auto parts sales, preferably in a dealership setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
