Salary:$75,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Repair Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by meticulously assessing and repairing vehicles to restore them to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute repair work while ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Use various tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers to repair vehicle sections.
  • Hammmer out dents, dimples, and other minor body damage when feasible; mix and apply filler resins to repair dents when other methods are not possible.
  • Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
  • Remove damaged sections of vehicles and replace them with new or aftermarket parts.
  • Repair or replace glass and windshields as needed.
  • Replace or repair interior parts as needed.
  • Weld and attach parts into place and prepare vehicles for painting.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
  • The ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
  • The ability to work with other repairers within an auto body shop.
  • A thorough understanding of methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies.
  • A thorough understanding of how to use tools required for the trade.
