Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Professional to join our team in Northwest Arkansas. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for driving store sales and growth by providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personally sell to customers and engage them with the perfect bra fit
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale
  • Replenish merchandise to brand standards and maintain back room and under stock to ensure efficient replenishment
  • Assist with other projects as needed, including markdowns, re-tickets, and mark out of stock process
  • Maintain awareness of all sales, promotions, and applicable ringing procedures

Requirements:

  • Exhibits an authentic desire to exceed customer expectations
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed goals preferred
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and has a healthy competitive spirit
  • Flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-business hours
