Facilities Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Services Coordinator to join our team at Career Group Companies. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office facilities.
- Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management of office supplies, including ordering and stocking
- Coordinate with the IT department to resolve technical issues
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Office Services
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
As a successful Office Services Coordinator, you will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
