Job Title: Office Services Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Services Coordinator to join our team at Career Group Companies. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office facilities.




  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the management of office supplies, including ordering and stocking
  • Coordinate with the IT department to resolve technical issues
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Office Services
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
