Digital Media Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Buyer, Social to join our team at Luckie & Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing social media ad campaigns across various platforms to drive engagement and achieve our marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute social media ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Assist with media strategy and planning for clients, ensuring alignment with their marketing objectives.
- Monitor and assess campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Implement strategies to continuously optimize ad placements, targeting, and creative elements to improve performance metrics like CTR, CPC, and CPLPV.
- Manage and reconcile ad spend across social media platforms, ensuring campaigns stay within budget pacing, and deliver a strong return on investment.
- Support invoicing of vendors, manage billing recaps, create internal media orders, and oversee reconciliation.
- Analyze data from social media platforms and other sources to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align campaign goals, understand target audiences, and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and deliver clear, actionable reports on social media campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to leverage new opportunities and enhance campaign strategies.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media advertising and ad placement optimization, preferably within a media agency.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting social media metrics and data to drive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in social media advertising platforms and analytics tools, including Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and others.
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools, and experience with social media tracking and tagging (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
- Deep understanding of social media advertising metrics and KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPLPV.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple social media campaigns and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic about staying current with social media trends and learning new techniques in digital marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
