Job Description:

A talented Registered Dietitian is sought by Executive Personnel Inc to support one of our clients in the Houston Metropolitan Area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive nutrition assessments and developing personalized care plans for patients and residents. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring the delivery of exceptional nutrition services that align with our company's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough nutrition assessments for patients and residents.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on nutritional needs and medical conditions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, adjusting as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field.
  • Current registration as a Dietitian with the relevant licensing board.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in healthcare or a related field is preferred.
