Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting basic nutrition assessments and developing comprehensive care plans for patients and residents. This role involves implementing business practices that align with the company's mission and values, contributing to account revenue, and ensuring operating profit contribution through the effective delivery of nutrition services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough nutrition assessments for patients and residents.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on nutritional needs and medical conditions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, adjusting as necessary.
Business Practices and Mission Alignment:
  • Implement business practices that align with the company's mission and values.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to nutrition services.
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of service excellence.
Revenue and Profit Contribution:
  • Contribute to account revenue through the provision of nutrition services.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to optimize operating profit contribution.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and efficiency.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to coordinate patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, residents, and their families regarding nutritional plans and goals.
  • Provide education and support to promote healthy lifestyle choices.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field.
  • Current registration as a Dietitian with the relevant licensing board.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in healthcare or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
