Assistant Store Manager - Spirit Halloween

As an Assistant Store Manager with Spirit Halloween, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of our seasonal store. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, including staffing, setup, and teardown.
  • Assist in the development of staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
  • Ensure excellent Guest Services by establishing and maintaining a positive and welcoming store environment.
  • Participate in the setup and teardown of the store, including the installation and removal of fixtures and displays.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Requirements:
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior retail management experience is required.
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
