We are currently in search of a Generative Artificial Intelligence Capability Leader to become a vital member of our innovative team.

This position requires a distinctive combination of skills in Data, Software Engineering, and cutting-edge GenAI technologies, along with a robust consulting background similar to that of a senior management consultant in a leading consultancy, complemented by adequate sales and senior delivery expertise to effectively partner with our clients in implementing GenAI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategize and Implement GenAI Solutions:
Formulate and execute strategies that are in line with Trissential's business goals.

Exhibit expertise in leveraging emerging GenAI technologies and integrating them with other solutions, technologies, and platforms.
Consulting and Client Engagement:
Employ advanced consulting skills to grasp client requirements, propose GenAI-driven solutions, and offer expert advice.

Serve as a liaison between technical and business domains, ensuring that solutions are both feasible and valuable.
Sales and Business Development Support:
Collaborate closely with the sales team, contributing to thought leadership, capability offerings, client interactions, and solution development.

Utilize sales expertise to enhance client comprehension and acceptance of proposed solutions.

Team Leadership and Development:
Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of consultants focused on GenAI.

Promote a collaborative and innovative atmosphere that fosters professional growth and excellence in service delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work alongside various consulting practices within Trissential to integrate GenAI solutions that enhance our offerings and drive growth for all.
Stay Ahead of the Curve:
Remain informed about the latest trends and advancements in GenAI and related fields, ensuring Trissential stays at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications


Proven expertise in GenAI and related technologies, including but not limited to: Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), Foundation Models (FMs), and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Examples include GPT-4, PaLM 2, DALL-E 2, and LaMDA.
Data Management:
Understanding the significance of data and training in generating new content through AI models.
Strategic Planning:
Crafting a strategic framework for the integration of generative AI into business operations, focusing on data privacy, ethical considerations, and potential risks.
Collaboration:
Effectively working with data scientists and AI specialists to align generative AI solutions with organizational objectives.
Governance and Trust:
Establishing governance frameworks to ensure the ethical application of generative AI and fostering trust through transparency.
Business Acumen:
Identifying and assessing the potential applications of generative AI across diverse business sectors.
Continuous Learning:

Staying updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and related technologies.

A strong background in consulting, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business solutions.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, complemented by a sense of humor.

Benefits

Trissential provides a competitive compensation package for full-time roles.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $195,000, plus an annual bonus, contingent upon the candidate's qualifications, experience, certifications, and industry reputation.
