Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team at Insight Global. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering Salesforce artifacts. You will work closely with our development, QA, product teams, and architects to provide technical solutions that meet user requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide project sizing and estimates for design solutions, evaluating design options and assessing risks/issues
* Analyze complex business and systems requirements and provide technical solutions to meet user requirements
* Design and develop solutions on the CRM Salesforce platform, integrating with backend systems
* Provide best practice guidance and design recommendations on the Salesforce platform
* Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables, collaborating with business partners on issues
* Partner with application and data developers on designs, models, and best-in-class implementation
* Interact with experts from across Schwab in different support organizations and business groups
* Be a member of Agile teams that focus on delivering what the client needs
* Lead design and development efforts, demonstrating technical leadership to ensure successful implementation of CRM Salesforce projects
* Provide Tier 2 support for production issues, including fixes across platforms and on-call responsibilities, working with production support teams to ensure 24x7 availability of production

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
* 4+ years of hands-on experience and deep understanding of Salesforce platform features, design, and development
* Expertise in Salesforce Configuration, Workflow, Triggers, Visualforce, Apex coding, Lightning, LWC, and Apex batch
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex system issues in business terminology
* Ability to effectively handle multiple, competing, high-priority projects with varying deadlines
* Experience interfacing with business partners at various levels
* Ability to work independently as a member of an Agile scrum team
* Track record of being detail-oriented, a self-starter with deliverables with minimal defects
* Must be able to quickly grasp complex concepts and learn new technologies
* Experience supporting production operations in a high-availability environment
* Be a role model and a leader on the team
* Experience interfacing with multiple technology domain partners, including offshore vendor teams and internal groups
* Agile development experience
* Prior exposure to the financial industry will set you apart
* Experience with Jira for issue and project tracking desired
* Experience with SQL scripts and Unix systems desired
* Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and security mechanisms using Spring Boot or equivalent highly desired
* Experience in automated build deployment using Jenkins, Bamboo desired
* Experience in Java/J2EE technology stack and distributed computing desired
