The Opportunity

As a seasoned expert in defense missions, you will leverage your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to help solve complex problems and find innovative solutions that keep our nation safe.

You will conduct in-depth analysis of cyber and cryptographic Air Force Controlled Cryptographic Item (CCI) Assets, determining potential future requirements and deployment schedules. You will work closely with AF, MAJCOM, and Unit POCs to track and ensure compliance with mandatory software upgrades and hardware turn-ins of obsolete CCI equipment. Additionally, you will produce, support, and update various local and online products for customer tracking and compliance reporting.

As a Defense Mission Analyst, you will collaborate with experts in all facets of communications, from aircraft to networks to space systems, to keep warfighter communications secure and resilient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data analysis, including supply, cyber, or crypto
  • Use Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Work with Communication Security (COMSEC) equipment and keying material processes
  • Develop a working hypothesis and theory to address current and future system requirements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with communicating effectively as part of the staff action officer processes
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Associate's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • CISM or CISSP Certification

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137, annualized USD.
