Job Overview

Rapha Healthcare Services Llc is seeking a qualified Counselor to join our team in Substance Abuse Treatment / Mental Health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document patient progress through counseling sessions.
  • Conduct direct one-on-one patient contact through individual or group counseling.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans within the required timeframe.
  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling as needed.
  • Complete Person Centered Plans (PCP) and Crisis Plans as required.
  • Educate patients on treatment, health issues, and recovery steps.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the company's proprietary data and rights.

Requirements:

  • Current NC LCAS / LCAS-A licensure.
  • Experience in substance abuse / mental health.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be dependable and reliable.
