Automotive Parts Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Parts Retail Sales professional to join our team at LKQ. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail parts department.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a superior customer experience by greeting every customer, maintaining friendly contact, and implementing suggestive selling techniques.
- Assist with problem-solving, order out-of-stock items, and follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of invoices.
- Maintain accurate records, including cash drawers, inventory levels, and customer information.
- Coordinate orders from the warehouse to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
- Solicit new accounts and rebuild existing relationships by researching customer listings and identifying new business opportunities.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong customer service background and prior automotive experience preferred.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions, lift up to 75 lbs, and work well in a team environment.
- Positive, helpful demeanor and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
