We are seeking an exceptional Interim Head of Surgical Services Department to join our team at North Austin Medical Center. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Surgical Services department, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Leads the Surgical Services department, driving operational efficiency and excellence.
  • Develops and implements strategic plans to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Fosters a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork within the department.
  • Collaborates with hospital leadership, medical staff, and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's preferred.
  • Significant experience in surgical services leadership or management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 per year based on location and experience.
