Key Responsibilities
  • Be a Team Player: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate colleagues on tools, tasks, and resources, and mentor new technicians.
  • Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality.
  • Be a Technologist: Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement.
  • Be an Owner: Communicate equipment, tools, and supplies needs to the TBC Lead, track and monitor returns and special orders, operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory, audit, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, develop, influence, and inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
