- Deliver prompt and precise answers to HPC user queries and support tickets.
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders.
- Document all interactions and solutions provided.
- Assist users in navigating commercial, proprietary, and open-source software applications.
- Develop and update user documentation for reference.
- Inform users about scheduled maintenance for HPC systems.
- Handle software and configuration requests from users and HPC management.
- Engage with users regarding system activities.
- Propose solutions or alternatives as necessary.
- Possession of an active Top Secret clearance.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented approach.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- Collaborative team player.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Quick learner of new technologies.
- Familiarity with Support Ticketing Systems, Programming Languages, Linux OS, Shell Scripting, Parallel Computing, and HPC Scheduling Software.
