  • Administer user accounts and assist with High-Performance Computing (HPC) inquiries.
  • Deliver prompt and precise answers to HPC user queries and support tickets.
    • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders.
    • Document all interactions and solutions provided.
  • Assist users in navigating commercial, proprietary, and open-source software applications.
  • Develop and update user documentation for reference.
  • Inform users about scheduled maintenance for HPC systems.
  • Handle software and configuration requests from users and HPC management.
  • Engage with users regarding system activities.
    • Propose solutions or alternatives as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
  • Possession of an active Top Secret clearance.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented approach.
  • Self-driven and motivated.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Quick learner of new technologies.
  • Familiarity with Support Ticketing Systems, Programming Languages, Linux OS, Shell Scripting, Parallel Computing, and HPC Scheduling Software.
