Currently, we are seeking a skilled Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Consultant to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all facets of vehicle sales and related documentation.
  • Welcome customers on the sales floor and conduct a thorough needs assessment regarding their desired vehicle specifications.
  • Articulate features and advantages while demonstrating vehicle operations in the showroom or during test drives.
  • Utilize computer databases to check the availability of models and optional features.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Finance & Insurance (F&I) teams to negotiate sales prices and lease terms, including taxes, trade-in values, and applicable discounts.
  • Conduct visual inspections of inventory on the lot.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and coordinate vehicle detailing and delivery.
  • Introduce customers to their new vehicles and ensure they are comfortable with the features.
  • Enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in resolving customer inquiries and issues.
  • Participate in required training sessions and departmental meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end automotive sales.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales management and team members.
  • Skilled in communicating sales transactions with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to clearly explain vehicle features and benefits to customers.
  • Meet manufacturer certification requirements as necessary.
  • Competence in negotiation, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
  • Excellent listening skills and a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.
