Currently, we are seeking a skilled Pre-Owned Client Advisor to enhance our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all facets of vehicle sales and related documentation.
  • Welcome customers on the sales floor and conduct a needs assessment to determine their desired vehicle specifications.
  • Articulate features and advantages of vehicles, demonstrating their operation both in the showroom and on the road.
  • Utilize a computer database to check the availability of models and optional features.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and F&I to negotiate sales prices, lease payments, and other financial aspects.
  • Conduct visual inspections of inventory on the lot.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and coordinate vehicle detailing and delivery.
  • Provide customers with a thorough introduction to their new vehicle.
  • Enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in resolving customer inquiries.
  • Participate in mandatory training sessions and departmental meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end automotive sales.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales management and fellow sales team members.
  • Proficient in communicating sales transactions with customers and sales management.
  • Capable of explaining vehicle features and benefits to customers.
  • Fulfill manufacturer certification requirements as necessary.
  • Skilled in negotiation, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
  • Excellent listening skills, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
