Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse equipment and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, supervisory experience, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance department's daily operations, including monitoring and driving department performance related to maintaining warehouse equipment.
  • Ensure associate compliance with state and federal regulations, including OSHA, Hazardous Waste, NFPA, Storm Water, and DOT.
  • Supervise and manage associates and leaders in the area of responsibility, providing direction, monitoring performance, and offering feedback.
  • Identify and ensure associate, customer, and supplier concerns are resolved, using own judgment or consulting others when needed.
  • Oversee and direct financial aspects, including monitoring and tracking expenses and capital expenditures compared to budget.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field, or Associate's Degree or technical school certification in a related field, and 1-3 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
  • Supervisory experience, including managing workload, analyzing financial/operational data, and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with associates, customers, and suppliers.
What We Offer

Walmart offers a competitive salary range of $65,000.00-$139,000.00, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation may include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and stock. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance.

As a Walmart associate, you will have access to our education benefit program, Live Better U, which provides tuition, books, and fees for full-time and part-time associates. You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes.
