Overview:

Launch Tech USA is seeking a talented Software Deployment Manager to lead the deployment of software solutions for our federal agency clients. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the entire release process, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Release Plans: Create detailed release plans, including scheduling, coordination of release activities, and communication of release timelines to stakeholders.
  • Manage Release Processes: Oversee the entire release process, ensuring compliance with release policies and managing risks and resolving issues that impact release scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Provide Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all release-related communications, ensuring regular updates and clear understanding of release status, risks, and impacts.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Collaborate with the QA team to ensure all releases meet quality standards and undergo proper testing before deployment.
  • Utilize ServiceNow Platform: Leverage the ServiceNow platform to manage release processes, track release progress, document releases, and conduct post-release reviews.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • US Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen with the ability to pass a background check and receive a Public Trust clearance.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in software release management, with a proven track record of managing complex software releases.
  • Desired Skills: ITIL v3 and/or ITIL v4 Certification(s), ServiceNow Certification(s) in various modalities, and ServiceNow Proficiency.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $125,000 per year.
