Job Title: Endpoint Management Engineering Lead Vice President

Job Summary:

The Endpoint Management Engineering Lead Vice President will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the design, acquisition, and deployment of hardware, software, and network infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of systems management and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver business functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Certify and architect new deployments or new configurations to existing deployments within the Endpoint Management space
  • Ensure that all integration of functions meet business goals
  • Define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements
  • Recommend product customization for system integration
  • Identify problem causality, business impact, and root causes
  • Exhibit knowledge of how own specialty area contributes to the business and apply knowledge of competitors, products, and services
  • Advise or mentor junior team members
  • Contribute to the overall strategy for the team
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in an Engineering role
  • 3+ years of systems management experience
  • Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment
  • Project Management experience
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities, and related reporting
  • Demonstrated analytic/diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Proven track record of operational process change and improvement

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master's degree preferred
