As an Acute Care RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with a variety of medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
- 1 year of experience in acute care nursing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
