Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $124,000, based on 36 hours of work per week and 12-hour shifts. This competitive pay package includes a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Job Responsibilities

As a Medical Professional with Nurse First, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Med Surg environment. Your duties will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in Med Surg nursing, with a valid RN license and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
